A lovely example of a Rare Original Early Robert Mouseman Thompson Oak Sideboard in an unusual size being 5’3’ wide

The sideboard has a  rear up stand and adzed top over two multi panelled cupboards each panel with good figured oak internally fitted with fixed internal shelves and a central bank of 5 graduated drawers two half drawers over three full width storage drawers each fitted with superb wrought iron tear drop handles

The piece stands on turned faceted feet and is fitted with wrought iron hinges and latches the whole piece fully adzed to all visible areas carved mouse signature, carved in high relief to front right hand side leg

Circa 1930

Lovely colour and condition the sideboard has been cleaned and sympathetically polished by our professional team
